One of the aims is to ensure that older people get the help that they need and to enhance their quality of life by providing an in house service. The service also includes information and support in a wide range of other areas, including social services, personal matters, filling in of forms, home and hospital visits, housing issues, and various others issues. The analysis of the data clearly points out that the service is accessible and beneficial to the clients and service users. Advocacy work within the advice service continues to be important. Part of the advice ensures that clients and service users are represented and are helped to gain access to services available to them. This can make a difference to their life.

Our Information and Advice Service provides free, confidential and impartial advice, support and guidance on most aspects of older people services for our clients and service users. Furthermore, have an affiliation with most organisation that works for or with people such as Brent Age UK.

Our Advocacy Service is a free and independent service that helps to resolve issues relating to our clients or service users mainly on their;

Will Writing Service

We have enlisted the service of a professional will writer. This service is designed specifically to meet the needs of the elderly, and housebound, by providing a home visit service if needed.


Everything can be dealt with in the comfort and privacy of your home at a time convenient to you. You may choose a home visit or at our premises. Cost is fixed from the outset at a discounted price. Fully experienced member of the Society of Will Writers prepares the will. All members have full Professional Indemnity Insurance. Confidential
